The 2018 ITF/OTF East Pacific Regional Championships involving American Samoa, Cook Islands, Tahiti and host Nation, Samoa, were held at the Apia Park Tennis Centre from 9th-13th April. The Championships were opened by the President of Tennis Samoa, Raymond Schuster, followed by a welcoming speech by the Prime Minister of Samoa, Tuilaepa Aiono Sailele Malielegaoi.
