After a rest/practice day today, the Pacific Oceania Davis Cup Team play a “Must-Win” Final Pool Match tomorrow, Friday 17th September at 10:00am (local Jordan Time) against Qatar. The Winner of This Tie is both guaranteed to stay in Group III for 2022, but additionally, has the opportunity to go into the Promotional Cross Over Play Offs for promotion to Group II in 2022. Vietnam beat Qatar 3-0 Thursday local time meaning they won Pool B, the Pool that Pacific Oceania are in.
Should Pacific Oceania beat Qatar in their final Pool Match, they would then play Hong Kong China, the Winner of Pool A (already decided given that Hong Kong China has won both their Play Off matches) on Saturday.
