The 2025 OTF AGM will be held as follows:
When: Sunday 6th April 2025.
Start Time: 9:00am
Location: Grand Hotel & Casino, Port Vila, Vanuatu
Agenda: This will be emailed approximately 1 month before the AGM together with the 2024 Annual Report and the 2024 Financial Statements.
Items of AGM Business: Any member wishing to include any proposed motions and other items of business must email these to david@oceaniatennis.com no later than Thursday 20th February 2025.
Preceding the AGM will be an OTF Board Meeting on Saturday 5th April 2025.
