The Guam Davis Cup Team have completed their final Tie in the 2021 Davis Cup by Rakuten in Isa Town, Bahrain. They lost their final match to Kyrgyzstan 2-1. The tie was locked at 1-1 after Camden Camacho (GUM) beat Kiril Kistanov (KGZ) 7-6, 6-2. Guam then lost the Doubles decider 6-0, 6-3. So Guam will remain in Group IV for 2022.
In the Play-Offs for promotion to Group III, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Iran were promoted with:
- Saudi Arabia beat Cambodia 2-1
- United Arab Emirates beat Turkmenistan 2-1
- Iran beat Irag 3-0
