Following the recent resignation of Richard Breen (FIJ) from the OTF Board to assume the OTF roles of Joint Executive Officer and Projects Administration Officer, Barbara Stubbings (PNG) has been co-opted on to the OTF Board.
She will serve on the Board till the OTF AGM in March 2018 in Auckland at which time her position will be ratified
