Notice is hereby given that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Oceania Tennis Federation will be held on:
Sunday 25th March 2018 (8:30am-4:00pm)
at the Quality Hotel, 10-20 Gladstone Road

Full details will be provided in the information package to be sent to Nations towards the end of this year.
A welcome dinner for all delegates and partners will be held on Saturday 24th March at approximately 6pm (details to be provided).
Nations’ delegates will need to make their own travel arrangements. The OTF will provide two night’s accommodation and all the Nations who respond on the separate email regarding “Intended Attendance” will have their accommodation request confirmed.
You will appreciate that the pressure on accommodation in Auckland, not only now, but in this peak period is huge, hence the early separate “Intention to Attend” email that will separately follow this Formal Notice.
