The 2013 ITF East Pacific Regional Championships started on Monday 5th August in Apia, Samoa. This was preceded by the official opening by the Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Aiono Sailele Malielegaoi, as the players, coaches, managers and supporters followed the Samoan Police Band to the front of Parliament Buildings.
