The Pacific Oceania Junior Touring Team have just competed in the 2025 Margaret Court Cup in Albury from the 1st-7th January as part of the ITF/OTF GSPDP Touring Programme.
There were 9 players representing the Pacific Oceania:

• Mareko Webb – Cook Islands
• Uraia Ratu – Fiji
The 2 coaches accompanying the team, both from Fiji, were Krishneel Kumar and Ruby Coffin.
Highlights from the Event were:
– Joella Ioane reaching the finals in the Girls Singles U12 Premier Series against Emily Liang. The finals’ scoreline was 4-6, 6-4, 10-6. Partnering with Mia Hirlemann, Joella also reached the semifinals of the Girls Doubles U12 Premier Series.
– Mia Hirlemann won her quarterfinal singlee match against Emma Cao (6-1, 5-7, 11-9) in the Girls Singles U12 Premier Series. Mia was also recognized with an award for Good Sportsmanship.
– JJ Camelo Chen won the Boys Singles U14 Junior Series title with a commanding 6-0, 6-0 win over Nirvair Singh. He also won the Boys Doubles U14 Junior Series, partnering with Dhairya Dhairya.
– Alexandria Chand reached the semifinals of the Girls Singles U14 Premier Series and won the B Grade Women’s Singles title against Ariah Smith (8-6). Her doubles performance with Elsie Star also earned a semifinal berth.
– Anne Lee reached the Girls Doubles U14 Premier Series final. Partnering with Kenzy Hussain, they secured a well-fought victory with a score of 6-4, 7-5.
– Alalilo Tepa sustained an injury, forcing her to retire in the Girls Singles U16 Premier Series semifinals. She also reached the doubles quarterfinal
– Hermann Thomsen won his first-round in in the Boys Singles U12 Premier Series (6-7, 6-3, 10-8). He also advanced to the semifinals in doubles, pairing with Minato Yamamoto.
– Uraia Biauniceva won his first round in the Boys Singles U16 Premier Series 7-5, 3-6, 12-10.
– Colita Hakena reached the semifinals of the Girls Singles U16 Premier Series winning 6-1, 6-4 over Janet Waddell.
