Advising that the 2024 OTF AGM will be held as follows:
When: Monday 22nd January 2024. (Please diarize this date)
Start Time: 9:00am
Location:: Melbourne, Australia.
Agenda: This will be emailed to you approximately 1 month before the AGM together with the 2023 Annual Report and the 2023 Financial Statements as usual.
Items of AGM Business: Any member wishing to include any proposed motions (including alterations to the Constitution) and other items of business, must email these todavid@oceaniatennis.com no later than Friday 8th December 2023
- Preceding the AGM will be an OTF Board Meeting on Sunday 21st January 2024.
- The Chair of Tennis Australia, Jayne Hrdlicka, will host all delegates on the Monday evening (22nd January 2024) at O (President’s Lounge) followed by premium seating in the Rod Laver Arena to watch the evening tennis.
- In addition, any OTF Delegates still present are invited to attend the Asia-Pacific Dinner that serves also as the launch of the Pacific Women Leaders in Tennis Programme (PWLiT) welcome dinner and the Asia-Pacific 14&Under Elite trophy Welcome Dinner.
- The graduation of the PWLiT will take place on Wednesday 24 January and the intended dates for the 14&Under Elite are Wednesday 24-Friday 26th January 2024
