Advising that the 2023 OTF AGM will be held as follows:

Location::      Port Vila, Vanuatu

Agenda:         This will be emailed to you approximately 1 month before the AGM together with the 2022 Annual Report and 2022 Financial Statements.

Items of AGM Business:       Any Member Nation wishing to include any proposed motions (including alterations to the Constitution) and other items of business, must email these to me no later than Thursday 19^th January 2023.
