With the Group II Knock Out Draw for the Ties in November done overnight, who and where will Pacific Oceania play in Group II in 2022?

When: Likely to be the week commencing 28 February 2022. The Ties will be the Saturday and Sunday (so the 5th and 6th March). This date is tentative as the calendar for 2022 is not totally finalized.
