Full details will be provided in the information package to be sent to Nations early in 2020.
A welcome dinner for all delegates and partners will be held on Saturday 25th April at approximately 6pm (details to be provided).
Nations’ delegates will need to make their own travel and visa arrangements.
The OTF will provide two night’s accommodation and all the Nations who respond on the separate email regarding “Intended Attendance” will have their accommodation request confirmed.
