It was a historic day for Pacific Oceania yesterday when the Junior Davis Cup Team of Clement Mainguy (VAN), Robbie Schorr (NMI), Ken Song (NMI) and Jeff Race(NMI-captain) won their semi-final Tie against Vietnam 2-1 to progress to the Final today against Pakistan but to now also automatically progress to the Asia/Oceania Final Junior Davis Cup Qualifying Event later this month from 26-31 March (top 2 teams progress).

Robbie Schorr again got Pacific Oceania off to the perfect start winning his singles 6-3,4-6,6-4 before #1 player, Clement Mainguy, secured Pacific Oceania’s place by comfortably winning his singles 6-1,6-3. Pacific Oceania lost the dead doubles rubber. Press Results – Friday.
