The Teams Events have just completed at the 10th Pacific Mini Games in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The Teams Event Medal Winners are:
Men’s Teams Event:
GOLD MEDAL : VANUATU (Cyril Jacobe, Aymeric Mara, Lorenzo Pineda, Clement Mainguy, Leinker Thomas)
SILVER MEDAL: FIJI (William O’Connell, Conway Begg, Antonio O’Connell, Raynal Singh)
BRONZE MEDAL: TONGA (Matavao Fanguna, Semisi Fanguna)
Women’s Teams Event:
GOLD MEDAL: NEW CALEDONIA (Meryl Pydo, Samuelle Bull)
SILVER MEDAL : SOLOMON ISLANDS (Vinda Teally, Georjimah Row)
BRONZE MEDAL: SAMOA (Crystal Christmen, Steffi Carruthers, Maanaima Tausii, Lyla Tapusoa)

These are the 2nd Games to be held in Vanuatu after the first Games were held in Vanuatu in 1993. The Games opened with the Opening Ceremony on the 4th December and will close on the 15th December. There are 2,000 athletes from 24 Nations competing in 14 sports
