Both Pacific Oceania Davis Cup and Fed Cup teams lost yesterday in their final round robin pool matches. In the Davis Cup Pacific Oceania lost to Jordan in a close Tie 2-1. Heve Kelley was beaten in the opening singles 57, 61, 76 before Colin Sinclair levelled the tie at 1 rubber all with a comprehensive win 61,60. In the Fed Cup Pacific Oceania lost to 2nd seeds, Hong Kong, in a very tightly fought Tie 3-0 with the final score line not reflecting the closeness.
