The dates for the OTF Regional Championships and the Pacific Oceania Junior Championships will be held as follows:
- West Pacific Regional Championships (Fiji)- Monday 2nd-Saturday 7th May
- Deadline for entries Sunday 6th March
- North Pacific Regional Championships(Saipan)-Monday 13th-Saturday 18th June
- Deadline for entries Sunday 10th April
- East Pacific Regional Championships (Samoa)- Monday 8th-Saturday 13th August
- Deadline for entries Sunday 8th May
- Pacific Oceania Junior Championships (Fiji)- Monday 15th-Saturday 24th August
- Relevant paperwork will follow shortly
- Federations should investigate avenues of funding now with National Olympic Committees, local businesses etc
- The deadline for entries has been moved forward to enable Federations to book tickets when prices are cheaper; appropriately fund raise
- Important that all Nations confirm their travel arrangements by the deadlines
