Papua New Guinea Women Win Gold and Silver in the Pacific Games Mixed

Papua New Guinea added to their medal haul when the 2nd seeds, Mark Gibbons/Abigail Tere-Apisah(PNG) defeated their team members, Matthew Stubbings/Violet Apisah(PNG) 6-3, 7-5 to claim the Gold medal in the Mixed Doubles. In the Play-Off for the Bronze Medal the team of Guillaume Monot/Yaelle Honakoko( CAL) defeated their team members Juilien Delaplane/Lindsey Nekirai (CAL). The Men’s Doubles Gold /Silver Medal match will be between Julien Delaplane/Nikolas N’Godrela (CAL) who will play Cyril Jacobe/Aymeric Mara (VAN). They respectively beat Heve Kelley/Yersin Angelo (TAH) and Daneric Hazleman/William O’Connell (FIJI) who will play off for the Bronze Medal.
